1. Who we are

UKPhysioInterview (PhysioInterview) is operated by PHYSIOINTERVIEW LTD ("we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.

2. The service

PhysioInterview provides AI-powered interview practice for applicants to UK physiotherapy courses. You answer mock interview questions and receive automatically generated scores and feedback to help you prepare.

3. No affiliation or endorsement

PhysioInterview is an independent practice tool. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any university or the NHS. All feedback is for practice purposes only.

4. No guarantee of outcomes

Using this service does not guarantee admission to any course or any particular outcome in a real interview. Scores and feedback are AI-generated practice guidance and do not predict real interview results.

5. Interview credits

  • Interview credits are sold as one-time purchases. They are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically.
  • A full mock interview uses 2 credits, and a topic practice session uses 1 credit.
  • Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, subject to that policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for personal interview preparation. You must not attempt to misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service, or use it to submit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, PHYSIOINTERVIEW LTD shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including decisions made in reliance on AI-generated feedback. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
